Joel Harte has elevated the craft of furniture making to a fine art since he first apprenticed in North Carolina in 1976. He moved to Abingdon in 1981 after visiting the Virginia Highlands Festival. Today he focuses on traditional American, Queen Anne, Shaker and Country French Designs.
